Art of Repair Workshop (Apr 23)

Workshop Description

In this two and a half hour workshop, Jess will guide you in the process of ceramic repair. The main focus will be on visible repair using a DIY version of kintsugi. Students will practice on provided samples, and then perform the repair on their own cracked or broken ware which they can bring from home. By the end of the workshop, you should have several fully repaired samples to take home with you, along with the knowledge and confidence to perform this repair at home. Please note that this process uses epoxy and is not food safe.

This workshop will be limited to ten students, ensuring that each participant gets ample individualized attention. No experience necessary.

What to Expect

All supplies and tools will be provided. This class takes place at Reclaim Clay Collective! Students will receive an email with access instructions one week prior to the workshop. Full refunds are available up to one week before the workshop.
